Return/Exchange/Repair Policy

We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and we very much appreciate your business. We know each purchase can be a very emotional decision. If you decide that what you ordered is not right for you, please follow these steps below: 

To request the return or exchange of an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. All requests must be emailed to Include web order number (if applicable) and one clear photo of the damage (photos must clearly outline the damage or repair needed)
  2. Returns of unworn merchandise will be accepted for refunds less the cost of shipping within 15 days of the receiving date
  3. All shipping charges are nonrefundable
  4. Package must be shipped within 5 business days of approval and labeled with RA (Return Authorization) number, otherwise shipment will be refused and returned to sender 

We process returns and exchanges the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 5-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
