Made to Order and/or Special Order Information

It is our hope and dream that you will fully enjoy this creative process together with us.  We want you to be fully engaged and completely overjoyed with our design collaboration.

 

Take a moment to review the RLM guideline for Made to Order and/or Special Order jewelry items.

 

·      Contact us to provide your specific information regarding the design, sizing requirements and or selection of your preference for a gemstone.

·      Oftentimes a 3D/CAD drawing will be sent for your approval or adjustments as needed.  

·      A price for the item(s) will be discreetly forwarded to your attention to the contact information you provided.

·      We anticipate a fifty percent deposit to be paid upon the acceptance and approval of an invoice that is sent directly to your attention.

·      Once the deposit is confirmed we offer a three day grace period in which you can rescind the request for the Made To Order/Special Order item(s) with a full refund.

·      After the three day grace period, we will begin on your handcrafted item. After this time REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED on Made To Order and/or Special Order jewelry items.

Orders/Payment and Delivery 

At this time, rubenlovesme.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, rubenlovesme.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, along with international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 

rubenlovesme.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. rubenlovesme.com will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of 6 months.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and rubenlovesme.com will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing your tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded and the language of the contract is English. 

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

rubenlovesme.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.  

You are required to provide the complete billing information associated with your credit card, as well as the security code. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.  

We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of a cardholder. 

We are not responsible for delays due to weather or other challenges faced by our carriers.

We offer FREE shipping within the US only. The exception is on International shipments. Restrictions on shipping may apply during special events.

We use USPS as our domestic and international carrier. Every shipment we send is completely insured by USPS…Period.  

Please provide a physical address - like your house or office - in the 'ship to' portion of your order.

Orders over $1000 will require and adult signature and will be sent via USPS only.  

Please note that during sale, Standard and Express shipping may experience possible delays.

During promotional periods, the shipping cost will show as free on the payment page excluding International shipments.

Timing
We do our very best to ship every in-stock item and your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible.  

The arrival of your order - if shipped USPS Ground - will depend on your location, but please estimate about 3-7 business days from the day it is shipped. 

Tracking orders
Once your order has shipped, we will send an email notice to your attention with the tracking number. Log onto the provided carrier website in order to track your merchandise.

Sales Tax
rubenlovesme.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location.
