We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and we very much appreciate your business. We know each purchase can be a very emotional decision. If you decide that what you ordered is not right for you, please follow these steps below to request an exchange of the item(s).
NOTE: All requests must be emailed to email@example.com. Include web order number (if applicable) and one clear photo of the product to be exchanged.
Because we are a micro company, we honor exchanges ONLY. Please note that if the item being exchanged is not available, we will offer a store credit for the amount paid, less the cost of shipping charges.
Jewelry that is unworn will be accepted for exchanges less the cost of shipping within 15 days of the receiving date. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
The product must be returned to us within 15 business days of approval and labeled with an Exchange Authorization Number. We process exchanges the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, we do acknowledge and respect your time and your trust in us.
